This is the guidance, advice and reassurance that you need to be fully involved in wedding planning without feeling overwhelmed. From Pinterest boards, to personally curated and unique design boards, to practical vendor recommendations and support, this package will hone down on your desired aesthetic and start you off in a positive and clear direction.

From the start, let’s chat about your day in hypotheticals, talking about your wants, needs, desired vision and nonnegotiables. Ya know, the big picture stuff. From there, we will hand craft your budget, striking a balance between your overall vision and what is practical. We will go over design in detail, creating fool proof design boards, which will help us visually represent and explain your aesthetic. With my guidance and vendor relations, we will find and hand pick your ideal wedding vendors. We will end with the small stuff, ya know, all of those details. With my support, wedding planning will be stress free and seamless.

Fill out a contact form here on my website and provide me with some need to know information. I will be in touch within 48 hours via email. From here we will be in contact and will schedule the Initial Consultation to chat about your wedding.
The consultation
I will give you a ring, and we will talk about your wants, needs, dreams and fears. During this call, I will be transparent and honest about how I can best help you on your wedding day. This call is about 30 minutes long and don’t worry, I will follow up and give you an email summary of our conversation, so you can see it all in writing. You will then make your decision to book with KME because we are a match made in wedding planning heaven.
I will send you over a contract to review. You and your fiancé will sign on the dotted line and so will I. After the signatures, I will send you over an invoice, where you will make your non-refundable deposit to secure your date on the KME calendar.

The Final Step
Welcome to the KME family! Signatures have been made, deposit is paid, and you are officially on our books! We are so happy to have you. I will send you over an onboarding email, which will include information on our first steps in the process. I will also provide you with access to our online portal, AislePlanner, our shared Google folder, our hand selected Preferred Vendor List, and other KME created documents.

what is the process like and how do we book?
…endless amount of experience, connections, ideas, and tips! I will say that my favorite quality of Kennedy is her creative abilities.
I needed someone who had vision and Kennedy's vision made our wedding better than I could imagine and more beautiful! Finally, her diligence with my Husband and I on the actual wedding day, complete and transparent communication with our families and wedding party, and genuine kindness made us feel so at ease and truly allowed us to enjoy our special day.

01. HOW MANY WEDDINGS HAVE YOU PLANNED?
KME proudly takes on weddings in varying budgets. We are very transparent and honest when it comes to budget considerations, as it is a crucial in ensuring a smooth and stress-free planning process. We will say budgets of 35k+ are typical for the couple’s we serve, although guest counts will heavily impact this. By considering your guest count carefully , we can help plan an event that both meets your vision and stays within your financial means.
02. What is the average cost of weddings you take on?
YES! We love to travel outside of our immediate area for weddings. We have experience in planning weddings in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, the Napa Valley and many other locations. The world is your oyster and we are here to help navigate the destination wedding of your dreams! We do charge travel fees, which varies depending on location and the amount of KME assists needed.
03.Do you travel and do you have travel fees?
Of course! KME is so lucky to have girl gang of detail oriented, hard working and passionate assistants. At the least, you will have one on site KME trained lead coordinator and one assistant present for your day.
04. Do you bring anyone with you to execute the wedding day?
Great question. I become a weather stalker about 30 days before your wedding. With that said, the month prior, we will discuss what your definition of inclement weather is. (Is it rain, is it wind, is it being over 100 degrees?) From there, based on the weather patterns shown on the forecast, we will create a plan B option for your big day. The week of the wedding or even the day before, we will decide if we need to implement that plan.
05. What do you do if it rains on wedding days?
Absolutely! Payment plans are always available.
